Obec Trstice leží na západnom Slovensku a patrí do trnavského kraja.
Kostol svätého Štefana kráľa
Kostol bol postavený v rokoch 1903-1904 na mieste starého kostola z roku 1717. Nechali ho postaviť obyvatelia obce, veľkú finančnú podporu poskytla rodina Esterházyovcov. Kvôli močaristej pôde stavali pre kostol veľmi pevné základy. Ukončenie stavby spomalila povodeň v roku 1903. Vonkajšia stavba bola ukončená v novembri 1904. Stropy kostola sú zhotovené z tehál a železobetónu. Podlaha je vyložená pálenými dlaždicami. Veža je 47,68 m vysoká, kríž na nej umiestnili v roku 1904 a je 2 m vysoký. Hlavný oltárny obraz zobrazuje patróna kostola sv. Štefana, ako odovzdáva korunu Panne Márii. Naľavo je oltár sv. Ladislava a napravo sv. Imricha. Oltár je darom kardinála Kološa Vaszaryho. Je postavený z tehál a obložený drevom. Oltár Ježišovho Srdca so stavaným sv. hrobom je dar grófa Nándora Zichyho. V ľavej ľodi sa nachádza Oltár Panny Márie. Krížová cesta a Betlehem sú dielom Mageocha z Nemecka. Organ pochádza z roku 1904 z dielne bratov Rieglerovcov z Budapešti. Bol prebudovaný na elektrický pohon (1970). Maľby kostola previedli bratia Petrikovich podľa projektov Sándora Nagya z Gödöllő (1923). Maľby nad bočnými vchodmi sú dielom Sándora Nagya. Neogotický kostol je najmonumentálnejšou stavbou začiatku storočia. Posledná oprava sa uskutočnila v roku 1979, vnútro kostola obnovili v roku 1980. Vtedy boli namaľované obrazy Kázanie na hore, Zázračné rozmnoženie chleba a rýb, Lámanie chleba.
V blízkosti kostola sa nachádza pomník padlých a tabuľa Trianonu.
